Daily Chief of Persib, Edi Siswadi confessed had formed the team of fund mobilization to maintain the continuity of Bandung’s pride club, Persib. This Team is led by Mr. Edi Siswadi with former Director of Bank Jabar, Mr. Uce K. Suganda.

He is optimist that his team can get a fund till 7,5 milliards Rupiahs before the end of this season. He said that after plenary meeting of DPRD in Bank Jabar and Bandung Officer Cooperation in building of DPRD Bandung, Jln. Aceh, Monday (28 / 5).

If all fund have been gathered, it will be allocated for the requirement of club elementary needing, example for paying player wages, transportation, and accommodation, He continued. Even so, he remains to raise the fund addition from APBD. For him, that thing is rights.

He explained that his team will collect the fund from all both internal side and external. Internally, it will try to erase the free match ticket. Even, “it will apply the season ticket,” he said.

And externally, the fund will be collected from entrepreneurs, professional, institute, and Persib lover with its large amount. Even so, Edi refused to mention the corporate or individual name that will be the target of his team.

Persib’s Head chief, Dada Rosada, in the same place, mentioned, this effort externally, for example can be conducted with giving compensation in the form of installation of advertisement stake to company. “But, try to ask the detail to Mr. Edi,” she said.

In the same in place, Budget Chief Committee of Bandung DPRD, Lia Noer Hambali, explained that till this time, her side have never accepted an official proffering letter for Persib fund addition from Pemkot Bandung. Lia argued that Persib have raised the fund equal to Rp 23 milliard in the meeting of APBD 2007. According to Lia, proffering of Persib fund which accepted by her, exactly only equal to Rp 10 milliards. “But in that meeting, the government secretary asked the addition about five milliards,” she said.

Lia anticipated that the reduction of the fund proffering was exactly conducted by Pemkot Bandung. “it was Possible for her to anticipate that the reduction of the fund proffering was exactly conducted by PemkotPersib to beg to pemkot Rp 23 milliard, but proffering that we accepted from pemkot only Rp 10 milliard,” he said.

She concerned about transparency report of fund usage, including that obtained from other sector outside APBD, because until this time, there have never raise to public. “That also have to be questioned its transparency and accountability, because now, the fund that rises to public is the fund usage from APBD only,” she said.
