Persib Bandung Football Club

Dear Arcan Iurie,

Thank you after giving us another color in our lovely club. We know it is very difficult to be a coach of Persib now. There were many unusually pressure here. Over action from the supporter, amateur work of Management, amateur media, until political pressure before local major election in Bandung could be a special pressure that can not be found in another club even whole the world.

Football is just a collective sport. The man who relate with it must work in their position. Player have to work as a player, Supporter as a supporter, even management have to work as management itself. But here, every position has been over reaction. Yes, it is about a proud and everyone does not want to lose. But here, they are afraid. They do not see their club lose and start to act unusually.

Here, Persib means proud. Persib is everything. They just want to see their club wins in its every match. They do not want to know how. So, when losing, they start to act over reaction.

Do you remember when you get sick because you had made a gamble to loan Nyek Nyobe and took Leo. How was bobotoh so angry when Persib lost? But do you see when Persib hit PSMS; they appreciated you and all players like a hero. And in the last parade some days ago, the city parade was look like a champion parade.

They could react too much when it is about this club. When this club wins, they see it as a champion. Otherwise, when lose; they feel the end of the world. This condition is not good for the player. They are under pressure when they are playing on the ground, because must win in every match, so they will never be free to play maximal. It is really really not good.

This condition influences the management. They want to make them (bobotoh) happy, without thinking a right way. The Management just wants to win too, never to explain to bobotoh that sport is about win and lose. Every result of the game must be received by an open hand.

The odd think is that they start to intervene the team and add another pressure. Do you know, when Indonesian football Association did not allow Persib to play in Siliwangi? It was caused by some action from bobotoh. And do you know what reaction from management to this failure was. They silent and never tell bobotoh to how to support Persib with a normal support. They are afraid too, and do know why are they afraid. You will know it.

Here, a point of Bandungs government depends of Persib. The people will make a good appreciate when Persib win or be an Indonesian champion. Otherwise they will make a bad point when the club loses. So the government will take an every way to make Persib win, because the people do not care each other but Persibs winning.

So, when Persib win, people happy, the government gets good point. Otherwise when Persib lose, people is unhappy, and the government will get a bad point. That is a simple theory here.

With a huge number of supporters you are in a wrong time to stay here right now. You are really wrong. Because there will be a major election in Bandung, and the government needs a good point from them. So with that simple theory, you will know the conclusion. You will know what the government wants.

Last, the media in bandung also make this condition bad. And you as a Moldovan might be know why. And you have felt it. So many fears, so many intervene, so many unfreedom actions, and so many unrested live.

And you have taken a good decision to resign from this club. I thanks to you for everything. Life must go on, and good luck Mister.
